155 Capitol Hill units planned

SEATTLE — Last year, via an LLC, MRN Homes paid about $3.6 million for two old Capitol Hill four-plexes and a house. Now there's a plan to redevelop with apartments at 415 Federal Ave. E., filed by Hybrid Architecture.

The L-shaped site, which extends to East Harrison Street, would get an eight-story, 155-unit building.
