Madison Centre trades for $730M

The deal represents Boston Properties’ second big buy in our market.

After going on the market in 2020, off, then back on again, Madison Centre has sold for $730 million. Developer Schnitzer West announced the sale yesterday, along with financial partner Barings, for the 37-story office tower at 920 Fifth Ave. The buyer of the five-year-old building is Boston Properties, no stranger to our market.
