Newcastle site sells for $15.7M

NEWCASTLE — An over 21-acre development site at 8430 138th Ave. S.E. recently sold for over $15.7 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was KLLB AIV LLC, which is private investor and fund manager associated with Kennedy Lewis. Tri-Pointe Homes has a purchase option with the interim landowner. (Tri Pointe is the successor name to Quadrant.) Sixty single family parcels are planned.
