Legacy promotes Nicholson

SEATTLE — There are two Nicholsons at Legacy Partners: father Kerry and son Parker. The latter has been with the multifamily developer for nine years. This week he was promoted to senior managing director for our region.

CEO Dean Henry said of the new role, “Parker has shown a remarkable ability during the past nine years to tackle myriad responsibilities. We look forward to his leadership across the Pacific Northwest region.”
