Intracorp and new partner break ground on 299 Shoreline units

The apartments are expected to open about the same time as the light-rail line to Lynnwood.

Intracorp just announced that it's begun construction on what's now dubbed Zinnia, at 2318 N. 147th St. in Shoreline . That's west of Interstate 5, and a short walk east to the future Shoreline South/148th Station, where light rail service is expected to begin in 2024. (A new bike/ped overpass is also coming, courtesy of the city of Shoreline, which will shorten the walk even more.)
