204-unit Rainier Valley project continues in design review

This is the first of three half-block sites Kamiak intends to develop in the same area.

Kamiak Real Estate Partners has three apartment sites in the Rainier Valley, mostly assembled, that are a short walk north to the future Judkins Park Station. About 600 units are planned.
