Sellen to build Schnitzer West's second big Bellevue office tower

Schnitzer West is now building one Bellevue office tower for Amazon; that's the Artise. About two blocks south, planning is underway at 120 106th Ave. N.E. for what the developer has now dubbed the Arcadian.
