IRG pays the minimum, $80M, for federal campus in Auburn

The 210,120-square-foot Building 7 dates to 1944, but was renovated in 2006. It’s the largest of two office buildings.

Back in 2017, the U.S. General Services Administration said it would sell the 129-acre federal complex in Auburn, commonly known as Pacific Point. The minimum bid for the property at 400 15th St. S.W. was later set at $80 million, and that's what Industrial Realty Group has agreed to pay. IRG was apparently the only bidder.
