Looking southeast, the taller north tower (left) is on the corner of 47th.

Onelin Capital has three projects planned in the University District, all walkable to U District Station. Its plan for the University Mazda property at 4522 Roosevelt Way N.E., which it now owns, entered design review as two towers possibly to include offices as well as apartments.
