Hewitt now designing 81 U District units

Parking has been dropped from the project, which faces the bike lane on Roosevelt.

Onelin Capital has changed architects for the smallest of its three planned apartment projects in the University District. Hewitt is designing one of two large projects nearby; now it's also assumed that duty for the midrise proposal at 4709 Roosevelt Way N.E. (That's the former Half Price Books property.)
