Washington Holdings selling 7 West Coast hotels valued at $550M

B+H Architects designed the Redmond hotel, which was built by an arm of Kauri Investments.

Local investor and developer Washington Holdings is selling off seven of its West Coast hotels. Real Estate Alert, part of Green Street Advisors, first reported the news last week — right after the Memorial Day holiday.
