Sana Biotech signs lease in Bothell

SEATTLE — Sana Biotechnology, which focuses on creating and delivering engineered cells as medicines, has signed a lease agreement to develop an 80,000-square-foot, two-story manufacturing facility in Bothell.

The facility will be at 3555 Monte Villa Parkway, at the Alexandria Center for Advanced Technologies — Monte Villa. Collaborative life science, agtech, and technology campus developer Alexandria Real Estate Equities owns the building.
