Vulcan's 345 Yesler Terrace units move closer to MUP, with Andersen as builder

For what's generally called Block 8 at Yesler Terrace, Vulcan Real Estate intends to develop two new mixed-income apartment buildings, as the DJC first reported three years back. The land on the north corner of the campus hasn't yet sold, but that deal with Seattle Housing Authority is now getting closer — along with final permits and a groundbreaking.
