Bosa Properties claims key site, with 240 Belltown units planned

The 74-year-old former IBEW hall is doomed, with a 15-story replacement now planned.

As the DJC first reported last fall, owner Churchome filed a plan to demolish its Belltown home, the former IBEW union hall. All demo permits are now in place at 2700 First Ave., and a prospective buyer has stepped forward with a new plan.
