Lloyd Building addition coming into focus

Looking roughly east, the new combined office entry will be on Sixth; Olive is at right.

Kilroy Realty's mixed-use SIXO project, on two Denny Triangle blocks it acquired from Vance Corp., has three main components. There's a planned 55-story apartment tower on the east end. A 30-story office tower goes on the west end, replacing the little old Bank of America building.
