156 Lacey units sell for $54M

LACEY, Thurston County — The Dakota, at 6205 Pacific Ave. S.E. in Lacey, sold for $54 million, according to new owner TruAmerica Multifamily.

The seller was said to be a Bellevue investor group, which was represented by Berkadia's Ben Johnson, David Sorensen, George Pallis and Kenny Dudunakis. The deal was worth about $346,154 per unit. The buyer had no brokers.
