W.G. Clark to build 151 Bellevue units for Vulcan

Looking northeast across Second, Vulcan’s east companion building is ghosted out, but the design is very similar.

In downtown Bellevue, what are now the 200 Plaza strip mall and Taco Time will become, respectively, Filament West and Filament East. Vulcan Real Estate is teaming with Encore Architects and new addition W.G. Clark Construction on the midrise duo, which will total 302 units, along with retail and parking.
