Trammell Crow Residential plans 370 Bellevue units in Eastgate

Looking northeast, the south end of the building will rise eight levels; it’ll also directly face the Eastgate Park & Ride.

On an over 7-acre site it doesn't yet own, Trammell Crow Residential is planning what it calls Alexan Eastgate. That midrise project at 3002 139th Ave. S.E., with 370 units, would fill a vacant patch of land at the Sunset North office park in Eastgate.
