75 Capitol Hill units planned for corner site

Looking south, the building would drop down in height on the corner of Federal.

Back in February, via an LLC, Prometheus Real Estate Group paid about $5.7 million for a three-parcel corner development site on Capitol Hill, two blocks east of Broadway. The address has now shifted back to that of a prior proposal for 1013 E. Republican St. by Grouparchitect. That was for SeaLevel Properties; its last design review was two years ago.
