Lowe opens initial 335 units at Yesler Terrace

Landscaping and paving crews are at work in front of the new building.

Now dubbed Mason & Main, that Yesler Terrace apartment project by Lowe is opening on a phased basis, starting this summer, the developer recently announced. Phase I, at 209 12th Ave. S. is now pre-leasing its 335 units. To the west at 1020 S. Main St., Phase II is due to open its 215 units in the fourth quarter.
