DESC plans 100 supportive housing units on Aurora

There’s evidently no general contractor attached to the project.

Downtown Emergency Service Center, Bellwether Housing and SMR Architects are planning a 100-unit supportive housing project at 4905 Aurora Ave. N. Plans are well advanced, and there will be June 17 design review for the project, in a virtual presentation.
