This view looks roughly northwest up 145th (which actually has no median). The grassy site at right (east) now has some old houses, but is likely to sell to another developer.

Evergreen Point Development has about an acre on the west side of Interstate 5, a short walk east to Shoreline South/148th Station, where light rail service is expected to begin in 2024. With architect Tiscareno Associates, it's planning The Line, with 241 units at 140 N.E. 145th St. The project has passed through design review, and the city of Shoreline recently published a “planned action determination of consistency.”
