With architect Weber Thompson, Mill Creek Residential is planning a 370-unit apartment building in Kirkland, dubbed Modera Bridle Trails. The nearly 3-acre site, at 13033 N.E. 70th Place , is just north of Bridle Trails State Park in Kirkland.
