Sierra now building 145 Renton units, all affordable, for GMD

GMD’s site, on the corner of South Grady Way, is a little south of downtown.

The six-story, 145-unit Watershed affordable housing project has broken ground at 617 Williams Ave. S. in Renton. Sierra Construction is the general contractor, following the plan from Studio19 Architects. Affordable housing specialist GMD Development is in charge.
