SRM and Runberg prepare 376 Bellevue units on key corner

The project, seen here looking southeast, is very close to the shops of Old Bellevue, and close to Amazon’s three office towers now under construction to the north of Main (left).

SRM Development has now evidently completed its land assemblage at 12 Bellevue Way S.E., aka the 7-Eleven and former Jack in the Box corner at Main Street.
