MainStreet buys up Kirkland site

KIRKLAND — MainStreet Property Group has acquired the second half of a Totem Lake development site where, with Gensler as its architect, a 16-story, 300-unit apartment project is planned.

That proposal, aka Swyft, is in design review. No start date has been announced.
