Looking northwest, the midblock project will be a reasonable walk south to the light-rail station.

The vacant and unaddressed east side of a Des Moines office property at 23040 Pacific Hwy. S. will be developed in a joint venture involving GIS Development, that firm recently announced. The pending new address will be on 30th Avenue South. That's between Pacific Highway and Interstate 5, just north of the Kent Des Moines Road.
