As the DJC first reported early last month, the developers of the larger mixed-use Harvest (formerly Farmstead, formerly Woodinville Wine Village) sold about 2.7 acres to multifamily developer Trammell Crow Residential. Now Kidder Mathews has announced that its Dylan Simon, Jerrid Anderson, and Max Frame brokered both sides of the $19 million deal. TCR wasn't mentioned, and it hasn't announced its plans or possible start date. The city of Woodinville has already approved some 230 rental units. Jim Tosti of Harvest said in a recent statement, “Harvest is the realization of our personal and professional passions — wine and real estate.” KM's Simon added, “Woodinville is the perfect location for renters seeking more work-life balance.” Site work is now underway for the Marriot Autograph hotel and spa.
