This view looks northeast across Rainier, where Hill also intersects with 23rd.

Now using the new address at 2304 S. Hill St. , Nitze-Stagen and Hybrid Architecture are planning an eight-story, 211-unit apartment project. The corner property, at Rainier Avenue South, hasn't yet changed hands, but the developer indicated last fall that it's under contract.
