Mortenson breaks ground on Bellevue's Four106 office tower

Patrinely hopes to complete the offices in late 2024, by which time the office market may be better or worse.

A second speculative office tower has broken ground in downtown Bellevue, where Amazon continues to expand its footprint. Mortenson Construction started work late last month at 350 106th Ave. N.E. on what's still called Four106. That's the legacy name, possibly to change, from the old project owner. Patrinely Group and Dune Real Estate Partners bought Four106 from Fana Group in January, in an over $95 million deal. CollinsWoerman is the architect.
