Alliance opens 118 Wallingford units at Broadstone Vin

Broadstone Vin is now open and leasing its 118 apartments at 4106 Stone Way N. Acting as its own contractor, Alliance Residential began construction on the five-story project in the fall of 2020. The certificate of occupancy came this May.
