New Hope West will face the smaller New Hope East, also designed by the same architect.

New Hope Missionary Baptist Church and the Low Income Housing Institute have been partnering on affordable housing projects in the Central Area. A notable deal came last December, with the over $15 million purchase of the 60-unit Squire Park Plaza.
