Seattle duo plans 160 Spokane units

The site has convenient river access, and a bridge to Gonzaga.

Local firms Spectrum Development Solutions and Pinnacle Partners announced a 160-unit Spokane apartment project this week. It's their first effort in that city. They hope to break ground next spring at 811 N. Iron Bridge Way on the unnamed four-story building.
