GID pays $242M for 409 Totem Lake units

Broker CBRE says the Uplund deal is the biggest apartment sale in Kirkland history.

The fairly new Uplund apartments, at 11723 N.E. 117th Court in Kirkland , have sold for $242 million. King County recorded the deal on Thursday. The seller was Kirkland Lifebridge Owner LLC, which acquired the 409-unit complex, then still under construction, in the fall of 2020 for $56.7 million.
