Self-storage planned for Elliott Avenue

SEATTLE — The former Home Oil property, at 1110 Elliott Ave. W., is on the market, listed by CCM Commercial with an asking price of $7.5 million. All the old structures were razed circa 2018, and the state Department of Ecology issued a determination of no further action (NFA) over a decade ago, meaning the site is clean.

Now there's a new self-storage plan from prospective buyer Vanwest Partners, which is based in Denver. Architect Mackenzie proposes a four-story building with 84,384 square feet, including one level of underground parking and/or storage.
