Macrina coming to Maple Leaf

SEATTLE — A small commercial building at 8501 Roosevelt Way N.E. is being offered for lease, facing the Maple Leaf Reservoir. And now there's a tenant: Macrina Bakery, which with Floisand Studio Architects filed renovation plans last week for the almost century-old little building.

Wilcox Construction will reconfigure the space, working with Graf Design. Torrey Morales of Real Property Associates is representing the 2,805 square feet, on behalf of the longtime property owners.

Past tenant Le Blanc Floors & Interiors apparently left in January.
