73 Columbia City apartments under construction

Angeline will be across the street from a PCC, and a short walk to Columbia City Station.

Demolition began about two months ago at 3710 S. Angeline St. in Columbia City. The Pho Bo restaurant building is now gone, and a crane being operated by Charter Construction is swinging over the corner at Rainier Avenue South. Cyzner Properties and Studio Meng Strazzara obtained all their permits last year for their five-story, 73-unit apartment building, currently dubbed Angeline.
