Westbrook rebrands Boeing Eastgate campus, with Broderick brokering the space

Looking west, the campus has some high-tech neighbors that might or might not want to expand in Eastgate.

Renovation plans are slowly taking shape for Boeing's former Eastgate campus, which it sold to Westbrook Partners last summer for $139 million. The six-building complex is now Woodlands at Bellevue, with multiple addresses spanning 2525 -2810 160th Ave. S.E. Those 45 acres are a little north of Interstate 90, next to Bellevue Airfield Park.
