Self-storage duo sells for $59.4M

SHORELINE — Two LLCs associated with Harrison Street Real Estate of Chicago paid over $59.4 million for a pair of CubeSmart self-storage properties in Shoreline and Woodinville, according to King County records.

The seller, via LLCs, was Columbia Pacific Advisors.
