Costco coming to Ridgefield

RIDGEFIELD, Clark County — The city of Ridgefield says it received a pre-application this week for a regional commercial development anchored by a 151,000-square-foot Costco store. The development would be built on 80 acres just west of Interstate 5 and north of Pioneer Street.

A news release issued by the city says the development would have a mix of retail and food services, and the Costco store would include an adjoining gas station for club members. City officials are working with property owners and the developer to assure local streets and intersections can handle the increased traffic.
