Self-storage sells for over $66M

LYNNWOOD — A pair of Trojan self-storage properties has traded between the same two parties. Snohomish County recorded the sales last week, with a combined value of about $66.1 million (after goodwill deductions worth $11.6 million).

The seller was Columbia Pacific Advisors, and the buyer was Harrison Street Real Estate of Chicago, which did two similar deals this month for two CubeSmarts in North Seattle and Woodinville. Other sales, also via LLCs, may follow in what's clearly now a portfolio sale.
