71 Eastlake units prepare for fall design review

GranCorp Holdings is planning to redevelop the Eastlake Market corner, at 2240 Eastlake Ave. E. With Jensen Design Architects, the proposal for the new Sola Apartments will have its first design review in September. The proposal calls for a six-story apartment building with 71 units, 37 parking stalls and about 1,740 square feet of retail/commercial space.
