No name or start date has been announced for the project, sited near Othello Station.

Aug. 30 will mark the next and likely final design review for a workforce apartment project at 4001 S. Willow St. That's on the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Way S. Frequent collaborators OZ Navigator and Neiman Taber Architects are behind the eight-story, 191-unit plan.
