Final 636 Redmond units are leasing, as Esterra Park nears completion

Looking north at the two linked Verde buildings, the development’s namesake park is also now taking final form.

With the nearby Overlake Village Station expected to open next year, a decade after Capstone Partners and Lionstone Investments purchased the former Group Health campus in Redmond, the 28-acre Esterra Park is in its final months of development.
