Toll Bros. & Brookfield pour $43M into Covington gravel pit

A future Covington development site at and around 19501 Frontage Road sold last week for $43 million, according to King County records. The seller was LakePointe Covington, associated with Oakpointe Communities of Bellevue, which acquired the 214-acre former Lakeside Gravel pit in 2020 for $28 million.
