694 Shoreline units could rise over park-and-ride lot

There’s no building plan or development partner yet; those will follow if the rezoning is approved.

Using the new address at 19000 Aurora Ave. N., King County Metro is requesting a change in zoning for its 5.4-acre park-and-ride lot there now. The city of Shoreline is now considering the proposal, which includes no new building plans. It's for a change of land use only, which the City Council would have to approve.
