Lynnwood units sell for over $17M

LYNNWOOD — The Encore, at 5825 200th St. S.W., recently sold for about $17.7 million, according to Snohomish County records. The seller was Encore Apartments Fee Owner LLC, which acquired the property in 2019 for $13.4 million.

The buyer was Summer Seasons LLC, which is associated with a Bellingham investor. Public records indicate a loan from Umpqua Bank.
