Prometheus expands Fremont site with almost $8M land buy

Demolition and much soil removal will be required before anything’s built on the site.

Back in February, in two associated sales, Prometheus Real Estate Group invested about $9.1 million in a Fremont site where midrise apartments had previously been proposed. No updated plans have been filed since then. This week, King County just recorded an over $7.8 million sale for the neighboring building to the west, at 3876 Bridge Way N.
