Looking east, the building’s north and south wings would be separated by a large arched plaza.

A skinny strip of grass, immediately east of Renton Memorial Stadium, appears bound for redevelopment. It sold last year to a Bellevue investor for over $1.8 million. The land at 302 - 340 Logan Ave. N. offers just over an acre. It was apparently once a railroad siding.
