Cushman & Wakefield recently announced a significant addition to its multifamily ranks. Moving from Colliers is the entire team of Tim McKay, Sam Wayne, Dan Chhan, Matt Kemper and Emily Skadan. C&W's John O'Neill said in a statement, “We are thrilled to have this dynamic team join Cushman & Wakefield. Their successful investment sales practice is now combined with our robust multifamily platform.” The squad has closed over 225 sales totaling nearly 10,000 units, which C&W values at over $1.5 billion.
